About Me

About Me – Walking With You Through Life’s Challenges

I believe therapy is a place where you can finally exhale. A place where you don’t have to pretend, minimise, or hold everything together. As an integrative counsellor, I offer a compassionate and grounded space for adults and young people (12+) to explore whatever feels heavy, confusing, or painful.

My work is rooted in relationships. When you feel safe, understood, and accepted, real change becomes possible. Using a blend of therapeutic approaches, I help you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move towards a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

What You Can Expect

  • A warm, steady presence
  • Space to explore at your own pace
  • Support in healing old wounds
  • Encouragement to grow into your full potential

Neurodiversity Matters

As a parent navigating Autism and ADHD within my own family, I understand the emotional landscape, communication differences, and sensory needs that can shape daily life. I offer a space where neurodiversity is respected, understood, and supported.

My Path to Counselling

My years as a pastoral manager in a secondary school taught me how deeply young people and families can struggle beneath the surface. It also showed me the power of being truly heard. This experience continues to shape the way I work today.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, but you won’t be doing it by yourself. I’ll walk beside you—whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, trauma, low self‑esteem, or simply a sense of being lost. Together, we’ll work towards healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of self.
